Blue Diamond 1/4 HP Titanium Water Chiller

Blue Diamond 1/4 HP Titanium Water ChillerPlant roots require a good flow of oxygen – more oxygen can be held by water when it is at lower temperatures. Using a chiller for hydroponic systems can highly benefit the rapid and healthy growth of plants. Chillers can also be used to combat the high water temperatures associated with aquariums, sometimes due to high-intensity lighting or warmer outside temperatures.Alternatively, use in the same way but for the heating of hydroponics or aquariums if required. The HC chiller is ideal for use with hydroponics systems and fish tanks. Temperatures can be set accurately with its digital control technology and the onboard electronic display makes the chiller quick and easy to use.FEATURES:Ideal for freshwater and saltwater tanks up to 170 GallonsController range: 39F-86FSpace-saving design for easy placementCorrosion-resistant Titanium Heat ExchangerDigital LED display for easy monitoring and controlAnti-freezing system for the Heat ExchangerEco- friendly DuPont R22 cooling agentAutomatic power surge shut-offThe temperature recall system returns to the last set temp after a power surgeCompressor uses less electricityHigh BTU (heat removal) ratingEasy-to-remove front condenser cover and filter for easy cleaningOnboard electronic display for quick easy operationDigital temperature control technology ensures accuracy friendlyAnti-corrosive pure titanium evaporator for fresh and saltwater useLow noiseTECHNICAL SPECS:Maximum tank size: 170 GallonsIdeal tank size: 150 GallonsDimensions (LxWxH): 17.75 in x 13 in x 17.5 inRating: 1/4HPInlet/Outlet: 3/4 in & 3/4 inChilling Capability: 100 Gal:30F Drop / 170 Gal:10F DropRated Voltage: 110-120VWorking Current: 2.2AFrequency: 60 HzRefrigerant: R134aBTU: 3200Recommended Pump Flow: 158-670 GPH1-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty
